What is the return policy?
Effective March 2020 until further notice, due to COVID-19 pandemic, we do not accept returns for refunds, only store credits. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Here at Miy Lifestyle, we will exchange within 48 hours of receiving your package. If there are any issues with an item(s), you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package(s). We will contact you directly within 24 hours. If the request is made after 48 hours of delivery date, the request will NOT be honored.
Miy Lifestyle has the right to refuse the exchange of any merchandise that it determines does not meet its requirements. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Items should be free of excessive fragrance, perfume, smoke or harsh odors. Miy Lifestyle cannot accept exchanges on promo sale items, marked down items, swimwear/bodysuits, white items, loungewear, t-shirts, leggings, or accessories.
All custom orders (including handbags) are NON-Refundable/NON-Exchangeable.
Original shipping and handling costs are non refundable and the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise. After Miy Lifestyle has received your package, we will notify you immediately to confirm all details and have the exchange item(s) shipped to you.
