Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note, MIY LIFESTYLE is not responsible for USPS delays. All shipping times are currently estimates and times vary due to issues relating to COVID-19. 

***Miy Lifestyle is also NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages and are non-refundable. We kindly ask you to ensure your shipping address is correct on packages before it leaves our facility.

Items purchased on pre-order are subject to delivery between 2-4 weeks

This estimate process is based on it being hand-made custom, and production takes time.  When purchasing through pre-order, we will constantly keep you updated through email to ensure you that your order will be completed soon. Pre-orders are non-refundable. 

 

How do I check the status of my order? 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow a minimum of at least 1-2 business days for the tracking information to become available via USPS. 

If you haven’t received your order within 6 days of receiving your shipping fulfillment email, please contact us at info@miylifestyle.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Does Miy Lifestyle ship internationally? 

My Lifestyle is proud to announce that we ship from all over the world! International shipping is available, depending on the location, the rates will vary. 

 

Return to sender: 

If your package is returned to us due to an invalid address or forwarding issue, we will contact you in attempts to reship your package. If we are unable to contact you we issue you a store credit gift card amounting to your order.
